Clever Girl Academy has been created for women who are ready to take a first step into leadership, especially those in remote and regional communities, First Nations women, and women who are just starting out and may not yet see themselves as “leaders.”
You might have heard the word leadership before, in workplaces, training, or community conversations, but no one has ever really shown you how to begin in a way that feels safe, practical, and relevant to your life. That’s where this course is different.
Clever Girl Academy isn’t about changing who you are or asking you to fit into a rigid idea of leadership. It’s about recognizing the strengths you already carry, through your experiences, your culture, your community, and your day-to-day life, and building the confidence and skills to use those strengths with clarity.
We know that for many women, especially in remote areas, access to support, training, and mentorship can be limited. We also know that leadership is often taught in ways that don’t reflect real life, especially for First Nations women and those balancing family, work, and community responsibilities. This course creates a space that is grounded, respectful, and easy to engage with, no matter where you are starting from.
Across 10 guided modules, you’ll build confidence, strengthen your voice, learn how to make decisions, set boundaries, communicate clearly, and step into leadership in a way that feels right for you. Everything is practical, flexible, and designed so you can move at your own pace, without pressure.
This is not about having all the answers. It’s about giving yourself permission to start.
